suPAR biological age calculator
In the calculator below you can enter the gender, age, and suPAR level of an individual and see the biological age and the aging factor.
The dataset for calculation of age and sex-specific suPAR levels is based on 9303 healthy Danish blood donors aged 18-651. Data beyond 65 years of age are from a study on suPAR in seniors2. The pace of aging is calculated from the data presented in a sudy on the association beween elevated suPAR and accelerated aging3. suPAR levels were measured using suPARnostic ELISA from ViroGates, Denmark.
